We have been receiving Ian’s Cruise offers for about a year now and he has helped us with our choices when we have spoken to him. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he even took the time to speak to the Cruise Line for us when we couldn’t find our Loyalty Club number.  On our last Cruise we booked another Cruise on the ship, and on our return Ian was able to obtain all the information and took over the booking with his usual efficiency, and also managed to give us a further small reduction on the agreed price.
